Hi everyone

My name is Lori, I am a part time hairdressser and CrossFit coach. 9 weeks ago i found out i was pregnant. I started my own blog to help motivate myself with my training throughout my pregnancy

This is my first pregnancy, I had always thought that when I fell pregnant I was going to train everyday, eat well and feel fantastic. Well I was very wrong. For the first few weeks my training routine went out the window, I was training when I felt like it, doing exercises I felt like doing and forcing myself to eat. The smell of meat cooking made me feel sick. Goodbye paleo, well for now anyway...

I started my blog from week 8 as I was finally back in some sort of routine. So I will be posting my workouts to help motivate myself and hopefully other people also.

Please note all of my workouts have been scaled to meet my needs only. At the moment I am doing what my body is letting me do. I have dropped back my intensity so that I can still talk through my workouts and have altered some of the weights slightly.

So i am now 13 weeks and everything is going great!!!

My goal is to stay fit, strong and healthy.

Saturday 18th December

So I am now 38 weeks pregnant and counting down. My blood pressure has been really high, so unfortunately i have had to stop training for a few weeks, which is killing me. But not long to go now and I will be back into it.......

Its just a waiting games now.

So i am now at week 36. My training has slowed up alot now. Its a struggle to keep motivated, but I am pushing through. I am finding my warm ups are quite short now because the workout and the warmup is just a little bit too much.

So i have been very very slack with posting my workouts At the moment i have slowed my training right down as my blood pressure has gone up a fair bit. So i have been told to take it easy or I will have to go to hospital, I am not ready for that yet. I am now 34 weeks pregnant and counting down..... Not long to go!! i miss the feeling of wanting to collapse on the ground after a workout...
