Hi everyone I am back online. We had a ball in America but didnt have much internet access. We travelled around America and visited some great CrossFits. I was lucky enough to meet Annie Sakamoto who trained through both her pregnancies and she gave me some great advice. So as of today my workouts will be posted every day. I am now 5 and a half months pregnant. and realising this little ball infront of me is starting to get slightly challenging with some exercises. but oh well!!
Hi everyone
My name is Lori, I am a part time hairdressser and CrossFit coach. 9 weeks ago i found out i was pregnant. I started my own blog to help motivate myself with my training throughout my pregnancy
This is my first pregnancy, I had always thought that when I fell pregnant I was going to train everyday, eat well and feel fantastic. Well I was very wrong. For the first few weeks my training routine went out the window, I was training when I felt like it, doing exercises I felt like doing and forcing myself to eat. The smell of meat cooking made me feel sick. Goodbye paleo, well for now anyway...
I started my blog from week 8 as I was finally back in some sort of routine. So I will be posting my workouts to help motivate myself and hopefully other people also.
Please note all of my workouts have been scaled to meet my needs only. At the moment I am doing what my body is letting me do. I have dropped back my intensity so that I can still talk through my workouts and have altered some of the weights slightly.
So i am now 13 weeks and everything is going great!!!
My goal is to stay fit, strong and healthy.
So if you have any questions please feel free to make a comment or send me a personal e-mail- lorilala85@hotmail.com
